How we research CCaaS vendors, who is behind the catalog, and how the editorial layer stays vendor-neutral.

About ContactCenterCatalog

An independent catalog of CCaaS, contact center and call center software, written for buyers who need to verify pricing and vendor positioning before a demo call.

What we cover

ContactCenterCatalog tracks the vendors that show up in 2025-26 Gartner Magic Quadrant cycles for CCaaS, plus the broader field of call center and customer service platforms. Every vendor page is built from verified public pricing, earnings disclosures, FedRAMP/SOC 2 attestations and the vendor's own product documentation. We do not paraphrase analyst summaries.

Editorial independence

The catalog accepts no payment for ranking position. Vendors cannot edit our reviews. Affiliate links, when present, are marked with rel="sponsored" and do not influence assessment. Sponsored placements, if introduced, will be clearly labelled and held separate from editorial pages.

How we research

Each vendor profile starts from the vendor's official pricing page, the most recent earnings call transcript, public Gartner / Forrester analyst commentary that is freely citable, and product release notes. Where a vendor gates pricing or hides AI revenue, the page says so plainly rather than guessing. Numbers we cannot verify never appear as round figures pretending to be facts.

Why a catalog, not a marketplace

Buyer-side CCaaS guidance has been dominated by lead-gen sites that surface whichever vendor pays best per click. ContactCenterCatalog is structured the opposite way: pages exist because a buyer needs to compare them, not because a vendor sponsored the slot. Comparison pages exist for every meaningful pair in the 2025 Leaders quadrant.

Contact and corrections

If a published pricing tier, customer count or AI ARR figure is wrong, see our contact page. Vendor-submitted corrections are reviewed before publishing. We aim to acknowledge correction requests within five business days.
